肩頸冷熱敷墊
紓緩肩頸痛,扭傷和僵硬等不適
冷敷療法:
1.將理療包放入冰箱或冰櫃中,冷藏至理想溫度。
2.用濕毛巾或濕紙巾包裹,然后敷在需要理療的部位。
3.請勿敷在破損皮膚或傷口之上。
4.理療包可以長期存放在冰櫃冷藏室,直至需要使用時。
熱敷療法:
1.放入微波爐以高火加熱30秒。
(加熱時間及溫度根據微波爐功能而有所不同)
2.因為尺寸不同,某些理療包可能需時 60 秒才會變暖。請小心使用,切勿過度加熱。
3.如要達到更熱溫度,請再加熱 15 秒。
(總加熱時間不得超過 80 秒)
4.用濕毛巾或濕紙巾包裹理療包。
5.將理療包加熱太久可能會灼傷皮膚。
6.如有需要,請重復以上步驟,並重新敷上理療包。
注意:
請放置在小孩接觸不到的地方,請勿單獨給小孩使用
